SHIPPING POLICY

Everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will begin processing the following business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all qualifying orders. No code required.


3. International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped via tracked courier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting our Order Tracking page at yourstore.com/track
  • Contacting our support team at daniel.abali922@gmail.com

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


5. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbours and your building's mail area. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daniel.abali922@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.


6. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable (failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, incorrect address) will be held for 14 days. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. After 14 days, unclaimed packages may be restocked and a store credit issued, minus the original shipping cost.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available, unless you request a split shipment. Estimated availability dates are listed on the product page and are subject to change. You will be notified of any significant delays.
